Ingredients

1 Strawberry and Apple Bar, crumbled or blended

30g Quark or 1 T Greek Yoghurt (alternative)

1tsp desiccated coconut


Transform your yummy Strawberry and Apple Bar into a delicious guilt-free summer treat!

It’s suitable for Step 3 if you use 55kcal from your dinner allowance and for Step 4 and 5 as part of your 100kcal bonus allowance. So what are you waiting for!


Directions

Mix the crumbled Strawberry and Apple Bar and Quark/Greek Yoghurt together.

Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes.

Divide the mixture and roll into small balls.

Roll each of them in desiccated coconut to coat them.

Chill in the fridge for another 5 minutes.

Enjoy!
