Expected rate of weight loss

Research has shown that on average, weight losses of 1.0-2.5kg per week have been achieved while on the Intensive Level (Step 1 and 2).

Rate of weight loss can vary and will depend on the amount of energy you use each day.

It is common to see a larger amount of weight loss in the first 1-2 week of the program.

The weight loss in the third week will give you an idea of what to expect ongoing. Total weight loss over a set period gives you a better idea of average weekly weight loss.
