Keri's #CWP60Day Challenge

Name: Keri Latus Age: 28 Height: 157.4cm Start weight: 76.2kg Current weight: 67.5kg Total weight loss: 8.7kg

Keri Latus joined the #CWP60Day Challenge to shift a couple of pounds before she went on her friend’s hen do abroad.

To track her progress, Keri kept a video diary which we shared on our social media. Here’s an overview of how she got on:

Week 1: “The first day was hard at times, especially when work brings you chocolates. But I didn’t have any and I felt very positive. I lost 2.7kg and 15.24cm in my first week which was brilliant for me as I normally lose 0.4-0.8kg. I can’t wait to see what the next 60 days bring!”

Week 2: “I lost 1.8kg this week, which was really good. I don’t normally have losses like that after two weeks, it’s normally 0.4kg. I’m very happy and looking forward to week three. Roll on the 12.7kg weight loss. I swapped a few products this week because the porridge wasn’t really working for me when I was at work, so I got a few more shakes. A good tip for making the shakes is to put it in a blender with loads of ice, it’s really nice and refreshing.”

Week 3: “I lost 1.3kg this week. I did a higher Step because I had a christening at the weekend. But I just need to remain focussed because I’m halfway to my goal. Lots of people have been commenting on how amazing I look and asking what I’ve been doing. This has kept me more focussed and determined to get the weight off.”

Week 4: “I lost another 1kg and 12.7cm. I had a training course this week and, as usual, the table was full of sweets, nibbles, cakes and biscuits. But I didn’t have any. I sat with my bottle of water and had a Product for lunch. I did treat myself to a diet coke so I didn’t feel completely left out, but I remained focussed and stayed on Plan. Not long to go and I can’t wait to see the results at the end.”

Week 5: “I lost 1kg which means I’m on track for my goal. I’m going to move up a Step because I want to go to the gym so I can tone up. The sun is shining and I’m really looking forward to summer!”

Week 6: “I maintained this week but I have stepped up a Step and been going to the gym. I’m still happy with the weight and centimetres I’ve lost. It feels brilliant that I nearly have the weight off and I’m toning up. I can’t wait for the hen do in two weeks!”

Week 7: “I lost 1kg which makes 8.6kg in total. I’m going to step up to Step 3 because I’m going to the gym more. I’m really excited to see how much I lose next week.”

Week 8: “I’ve completed the #CWP60Day Challenge! I maintained this week and I’m really happy because I haven’t gained and I’ve remained focussed. I’m really looking forward to the hen do. I wouldn’t have been able to get where I am today without the #CWP60Day Challenge. It really helped to motivate me and stay focused, and my Consultant has been amazing the whole time. So thank you very much!”
